Amazing job!!! I just got a 2005 38ZR that needs TLC. I'll have to do the same in the cabin floor since mine is loose. Would you mind sharing who did the snap in flooring? Thank you!

I had a local guy do mine, Xact Customs. He did a great job, great to deal with. Marine mat cut one small piece slightly wrong and he was on them to replace it. $600 a sheet for two colors. Three colors I think was another $100 a sheet, then $50 to cut the Donzi logo out. Everything I did was able to be done out of three sheets.

Pretty dumb they used little finish nails to secure the middle of the cabin balsa floor. Sooner or later they’ll rust through. I used one solid sheet of marine ply and several tubes of epoxy. https://masepoxies.com/product/gluzilla-fast

That’s what it’s all about. Great hulls, getting up there in age, but still have a lot of life in them. Main reason of this thread was to show other ZR owners what can be done.

I love seeing these rebuild photos. Gives everyone an idea how things are constructed when planning out projects. Keep putting up photos…great to see.
