I'm looking for opinions on the 33 Donzi ZX. How is the ride? What's the cabin like? We like to spend weekends on our boat a lot. Does anyone have one near Syracuse, NY that I could check out?

I have a 2001 33ZX and love it. I boat on The Lake of the Ozarks which is some of the roughest water you can run in and it handles it great. Many friends with Baja's can't believe the difference in ride between my boat and theirs. Great cabin and cuddy room. Would love to give you a ride however just a few thousand miles away from you. Rick thanks for the info! What motors do you have? What kind of speeds do you get? I'm looking at a couple with 502's.

I have 500 EFI's runs 79-83 GPS depending on the water conditions and temp. I had a 33ZX prior to this boat with 502's that ran 72-75 GPS. The 502's did fine for the most part however a little slower out of the hole and the mid range was quite a bit different. I would not hesitate to buy that boat with 502's however I love the extra kick with the 500 EFI's. If you want any additional information, please let me know. Rick
