Can anyone help me ? I have a friend that has a 1986 25 Donzi .It was the first year for this preformance boat.
Does anyone know how the interior upolstered side panels come off ? Their is no storage holes or cup holders.

Don't know if you've figured this out or not, but there is 1/4 x 20 nuts on the backside, you have to reach up from the bottom - it helps if you have long arms. Mine (21') had about 8 of them

I'm also restoring my 86 Z25 Donzi ,but it's been so long I don't remember how many 1/4" studs are on each side.I'm doing the interior solid red like a 38ZR. I've only been woorking on mine for 5 years & I'm still tearing stuff apart. Show me some progress pics so I will be inspired . A Z25 is a beautiful boat......Ricky

Thanks for they info . My friend Mike has had his sence new. He has a love affair with it even put $5,000 into the transome about 2 years ago . Ill pass all info on to him. His is being repainted now. He chose to do that first but says he feels he made a mistake. Good luck with yours . Ill try to send you some pic but it might take awhile .
