Default BPM Drive System

I've been reading quite a bit about various drives in the last few months and I'm fascinated with the BPM drive system and the Sage #8.

Can anybody fill me in on who manufactures the BPM drives? I can't find anything on them at all.

bpm's are pretty awesome, but you need a rudder which is the best for handling, but adds length to the boat and people are afraid of it for some reason because it doesnt have a mercury sticker on it.

All they are is an Arneson with a rudder for steering.
