this is not theory but fact.

not once but many,,,,,, many ,,,, rigs later.

such as this one.

so you can run full rpm in reverse and makes no difference just by switching props side to side.

and if it works pull the controls and swap the cables from push to pull and vice versa.



and dont get confused when yur coming back in and docking.

when i pulled the top cap and rear plate i can see that everything looks fine , gears look fine, what i do see is when i unhooked the shift cable inside the rear plate and shift the lever by hand when pushing it in for reverse you feel the tension and see the cone lift up into the upper gear but when i pull out on the lever fo forward it does not have any tension and does not drop the cone down into the lower gear, so do you think just to get by this week ensd for a short run to and from party cove i will be ok to reverse priops and run in reverse without hurting anything else and the pull the drive next week and fix the problem??.
