another shot of mine... try to avoid falling off the back of the boat... it HURTS LIKE A MOFO!

i saw a number 6 dirve on a old martini in the thousand island with a blown motor said it 105 mph and road great, it was the crazy setup

Bill's boat is incredible, Twin Turbo's and over 1,400 H.P.
It's crazy how it just out accelerate's everything.


Mine is going really well, Hoping this summer is the one to complete it.

Working off of rough numbers but it looks like a trans plug-in is about 10" longer than a bravo setup. Thus meaning engine would need to go forward 10"...ain't happening with the gas tank in its current location.

I know konrads have a model with the trans tucked into the extension box, is there a similar setup for #6? Are my numbers off???

Thought I'd read recently that the NXT gimble/#6 drive combo that Fountain/Shogren use cured that issue.

Those pictures I posted of ( Check300 ) 30' Checkmate with the #6...........His transmission ( IS ) inside the stellings Extension box to over come the same problem you mentioned. He also uses a Plug-in Tail stock.

Also on the bottom side of the Stelling's extention box the cut another big opening to access the tranny and then made a plate that bolt's on the bottom to seal it back up.
