Cut and welded, the skeg is much thicker than I thought!
Thanks

Is there any speed gain with switching from the older style skegs to the new swept back styles?? Just wondering. Thanks.

Should find out this weekend, but from what I have been told 5-6 mph gain on a cat compared to wet sumps. Not sure how much comes from the skegs. The handling of the newer skegs is alot better at 130+.
Plus no more 10 gal oil changes.
