SSM # 4 for parts or rebuilt !!
I have a # 4 bigshaft NOT WORKING
( i think missing upper gear )
Shaft and everything else looks in good cond. NO rust on shaft.
seals are ok as it appears.
asking $ 2000 OBO

YES, lower is shorter then a 3 !
Basicly a #4 is like a #5 ,there is only a little dif.
But it will not fit your #3 upper and the gears will not fit either.
Colabella in St.Cloud FL. has gears for this drive so you are looking to spend another 1000-2000 $ , to get the drive redone.
It can handle easy 1000 HP + and it fits on your gimbal and the Tranny, because they are all the same for #3 thru #5.
