Outdrive Lube

What is better for oil weight for Bravo 1's 75w90w or 75w140w. I'm changing to Mobil 1 gear lube.

I've always used merc and never had a problem, i do run mobil 1 v twin in the motors.

I use v-twin in the motors also. Just wondering if the 140w would be better than the 90w lube.
