Default Wet Sump 6

Have a wet 6 burping some fluid through the burp tank into the fill cylinder into the bilge.... is it normal? happens more after a harder run. Is it too full? normal or something worse? Thanks!

pic of my set up last year. I do not have any fluid in my reservoir this year. And when I try to add fluid into the stainless cylinder, it just leaks right out the drain on the fill cylinder, acting like it is too full?

should be normal, that way if the drive does leak a little it will pull fluid back from the reservoir...as long as your not spitting fluid out of seals your good.how is slim running these days?

I'm having this same problem.

Masher; Did you ever get a reason for this happening?

Not Masher, but I own Slim Shady. One reason this wet #6 was foaming may have been that it had a leaking propshaft seal; water in the oil. Does not foam at all now

Thanks for the reply, mine doesn't seem to be getting any water in it though.
