You have the lines correct.Your cylinders may be full of air on the down side.Those cylinders have a inner sleeve and the outer tube.The cavity between the too has to fill with oil all the way to the ram end and then push the piston in to lower the drive.First see if the drive will come down when you disconnect the UP line inside the boat at the pump.If that works then reconnect and raise the drive all the way up.Disconnect both of your down lines at the cylinders.They are the ones FARTHEST from the transom. Hit the DOWN switch to see that oil comes out both down lines.Now reconnect the down lines.Crack open the UP line inside the boat just enough to make the drive fall real slow.As the drive starts to slowly fall hold the switch in the DOWN position.When all the way down tighten the UP line at the pump.Run up all the way and hopefully back down.If this works run up and down a few times and it should bleed out any air as it passes through the reservoir.Also your wiring should be fine.That would just make your switch work backwards and we know it runs up correctly.

FYI Be sure you never let the reservoir run dry or you will get air in the lines.You can only run the trim cyls. halfway up or down when bleeding them before refilling the reservoir!

Jim you're the man! Air appears to be culprit. And I found out pretty quick how fast those reservoirs go empty. What ever I was doing actually aerated the oil to a point I had to stop and let the oil settle. Hopefully I'll get it finished tonight when I get home.
