Default Bravo 1 to Bravo 3

I boat at higher elevations about twice a year and when I do, I am often loaded up with gear for a weekend which makes getting and staying on plane tough. I currently have a 1999 Bravo 1 Performance. Would it be difficult to switch out to a Bravo 3 for these trips?
Two hang-ups that I can see are getting a high enough pitch prop on a B3 drive and the fact that my current drive has a low water pick up.

Just change to a lower pitch prop and/or go with a 5 blade.
