Default Bravo I Serial Number

I am cleaning up my drive and after the sticker came off I found these numbers stamped in the side. Two are the same number which match what is written in my maint manual (OD799609). Not sure what the top number is identifying (OD890204)?

Drive should be a 1992 1.50 right hand. I am not the original owner and not sure if this has been worked on.

thanks

That is funny, It looks like someone at the factory accidentally stamped in the wrong serial number on your drive Because serial number 0D890204 Model number 50101983S comes back as an MERCRUISER ALPHA 1.98:1 drive That was Manufactured on the same Date your drive was made: 07/07/1992.

Here is the information on your drive.
DRV: 0D799609 Model number 5120150FS MERCRUISER BRAVO 1 1.50:1 Manufacture Date: 07/07/1992.

PS that other drive is on a 19 ft bayliner.

Thanks for looking that up. Never know what you will find when you dig around.

I guess their thought was to stamp the correct one twice to identify that is the actual number.
