Default removing a borg warner trans help please

can someone give me step by step instructions on removing a borg warner trans?'
its mounted to trs drives
my bw trans needs rebuilt

Are the engine and trans out of the boat?

1. Disconnect battery
2.Remove drive and trim cylinders
3.Disconnect exhaust and water pick-up hose and any other necessary hoses includind the fuel line
4.Disconnect any necessary wires going from the hull to the engine
5.Disconnect throtle cable from carb and shift cable from transmission
6.Disconnect motor mounts on each side of engine and mounts on each side of the transmission to inner transom plate
7.Lift engine enough so it clears the engine motor mount studs and then slide forward until transmission tail stock comes out of transom assembly
8.Lift high enough to clear the boat and pull boat out
9.Let the motor down to the ground
10.Disconnect trans cooler lines
11.Unbolt trans fron bellhousing
12.Slide trans straight out

i didnt think id have to pull the motor.... guess i will thanks for the info. will have to get to work thanks

You Have To Pull It, No Rear Support Without The Trans Connected, ,

And to move it all forward 8-10 inchs to bring the tailstock out of the transom assembly.
