ok Jamie thanks for the info, I would really like a arneson, but they are very hard to find used, then I would be able to beat on it like a rented mule......................but yes I will certainly have to ease up on the sticks................:lolhit:

I have them on my 33AVS and they have around 400 hours on them although they do need some work now. and I am having a tough time trying to decide how to proceed. As to speeds, my boat will run into the low 90s.
I can tell you this with certainty, if you are thinking of using the DPX like a Blackhawk in a surfacing type application, DO NOT! They were not intended for that and it will not hold up. |
thanks Scarab Man, I hoping to get one season out of the drive before upgrade. I will have to keep the back of the boat in the water for sure. I only plan on using it as in the water only, hopefully no airbourne use and if make sure to pull back on the stick before launching:ernaehrung004: I am hoping under normal accelaration out of the hole and pampering the drive it will get me by for now.

Big guy, just be easy out of the hole until you get on plane......then roll into the power.
No Evel Knevel....... |
:lolhit:no doubt easy out of the hole, I hope to get a season out of it, which I beleive I can if I dont beat on it:eek:

For the lake your running there is never enough chop to go airborne....unless you go play on the bigger pond.

very easy to launch when hitting another boats wake.I've done this with a smaller previous boat (phazar)and thought it was coming over.

:lolhit:I hear ya but your little Phaser is nothing like your Chase.....
