I thought it would be interesting to know how this turns out. I'll start. I am running Royal Purple Max Gear 75-90 synthetic.

Amsoil, and you can buy direct over the web. You will get plenty of people who use Merc oil, Royal Purple, and Redline

Amsoil Marine Gear.

The shop that rebuilt my Imco last season recommended running a 50/50 mix of any high quality gear oil, Amsoil, RP, Redline, ect., with Lucas HD oil stabilizer.

Amsoil severe gear and change it often if you are running a lot of power!
