Default Help with XR Drive removal

I need a little help getting my XR drives off, I think there early 2000 ones, if that matters...got everything unbolted, cylinders, 6 nuts that hold the drives on the studs. my problem is the drive wont come out, i think they should just slide out, or am I doing something wrong, my old TRS drives slid right out. Just bought the boat and the last owner had in the salt water so maybe its corroded I dont know.....Also is there a seral number stamped on the drive anywhere the printed ones on the tags are gone........

Might have to convince it some to come off, wiggle it around tap with rubber hammer where it connects to bell housing. Make sure you got the speedo hose, didn't see you mention it.

If they have been on a long time and used in salt a lot, I think they are probably corroded together. My Pantera was a well taken of salt water boat, never left in the water and always washed. It still took my mechanic over 2 hours to get the upper and lower split apart.
