Replacing carrier bearings in 91 brovos, old ones were shimed-new ones came with chrush washer...Am I right to figure the new ones MUST be shimed also as the manual says? Or can the chrush sleeve be used on 91 brovos...No one has the shim package in stock....Help Ken

You can use a crush collar. But use the thrush washer for a crush collar, not the one your drive has in it now.

When using the crush sleeve, the washer should measure .105" thick. And as Cluster said, it will be fine using the crush sleeve.
