It does still use the bravo xr ujoint. The reason for this is so it can fit within the bravo transom assembly. We have never seen a joint failure under normal operation, unless the joint was exposed to water or ran out of grease. Hope this helps explain the drive.

I found a Bill Auberlen who is a BMW racer. Is that the same person?

Yes, same guy. he was a factory BMW driver as well did lots of Porsche stuff with some teams i sponsored. I'm on FB as Rob Justrob.. do you still have the gladiator? and the tractor? the tractor was as nice as the boat lol.

Gladiator yes, Tractor, no. I just don't have enough room to keep everything.

But the Gladiator stays with me forever.
