Default Tie Bar adjustment

I noticed that my drives look like they have been adjusted so there a little toed in. Is this best and if so how much? Where is the best place to measure from? If it makes any difference this is a turn out prop application.

Mine are toed in about 3/16" this compensates for the outward deflection of the propshaft in relation to the gimbal. The propeller wants to walk the propshaft out. Would be opposite in inward rotation.

Makes perfect sense to me. Where do you measure from? The best I can see is by the lower gear housing??? Thanks Andy

I measure the center of the gimbal housing and the center of the nose cone.

I also run about 1/4" toed in and you have to measure from the tips of the nose cones and the centers of the prop shafts.

OMG, 34 1/2" back 35 1/4" front. I thought from a distance that didn't look right! This should help a bit.
