Default need help with a bravo one rebuild

i have a older bravo one upper and i am putting a newer gear set in .do i use the older thrust bearing assembly or do i use the newer black thrust bearing thanks mike

Mike are you referring to the bearing inside the gear? The one next to the cone spring? The old one was a two piece and the new one is a one piece, black on one side. Use the new bearing with the new gears.
