Default Trim fluid leaking

Installed new cylinders and external lines to block. Rebuilt pump connected to lines from pump to block. TR sterndrive, Fluid running out inside transom.
Possible line to block leaking??? Hard to replace?

you need a little mirror and a flashlight and play go fish. i think block unbolts from outside and pull lines partway through to unbolt. if you detach and pull out, tie a string to end to pull it or new one back in...

Default Thanks for the reply

You are correct-2 nuts and pry block out. Only problem- 1/2 of the block was disintegrated. Got lines cleaned up, and found some new "old stocks" are still available. Next....

we ended up replacing the block and both hoses...

unbolted the block from the outside. cut each line since we werent re-using anything. then fished steel wire up each hose until it came out the other end. once the wire was fished, took out the old line and put the new one in using the same wire. took a little fanagling but they went back in.

the hardest part is formula zip tied the old hoses down. i had to take foot long shears to reach down and cut the ties. also the mercathode system on the bottom of the block manifold is a nightmare. it took me an hour to peel the old caulk out to access the wires.
