Mine did same thing....until I switched to Bmax oil. Much smoother overall shifting in and out of gear. If your having good luck with the Torco..then no reason to switch.

OK, the drives are hung on the boat and my steering rams which come off my extension box do not align properly with the attachment points on the SCX upper.

My previous setup had a stainless steel plate made by latham that bolted on the top of the XR Drive. We are going to use that plate as a template and make a new plate to go on the top of the SCX drive then everything else will be the same, tie bar etc.

Anybody set theirs up like this before?

Here is what mine looks like. You are lucky if you can use you old tie bar. I had to get a new one for the scx. It is much thicker than the xr/bravo one.
