Bypass trim limit senders?

I removed my bravo drive transom assemblies with electric senders and replaced with HD assemblies without senders.

How do I bypass the bravo trim limit senders? Or, will it work correctly with nothing plugged into it?

Find the 2 wires that go to them inside the boat and connect them together. That will by pass it. Drive will only go up with the trailer switch if you don't have them connected. These are mearly a switch and by connecting the two wires together you are bypassing it. It is not a sender.

Keep in mind the port side has the trim limit switch. The SB side sender is for a gauge.

Should be only two wires actually going to the limit switch puck outside. You need to find these where they come inside through the transom plate and connect them together OR find the Purple/White wire thats coming back from the helm, this is the TRIM UP positive wire going to the limit switch. Connect it to the Blue/White wire/s. One of the Blue/White wires will be going to the trim pump and the other goes to the helm. The one going to the helm is the Trailer positive coming back and bypasses the limit switch sending current straight to the pump via the other Blue/White wire.

Keep in mind after doing this you will have no UP limit. Both the Trim Up and Trailer switches will raise the drive all the way up.

The wires picklenjim is talking about will plug in to a couple connectors within a foot or so of the trim pump .Unplug them and you will be wanting to hook the two female connectors together that go into trim harness .It shouldn't be a problem with the fact you could overtrim while running.I'm sure you are smart enough to know when trim is too high while running .The trim limit is there so an idiot doesn't raise the drive above the thrust pads while running
