Default x-dimension

I have a 1981 23.5 eliminator daytona that i have completely redone. it org. came with a trs drive. i since have filled the transom and i am going to be installing a bravo 1. I know from the factory the pre 95 daytona's had a low x-dimension so here is my question. Does anyone know what x-dimension i should use to help this boat perform as well as possible?

Have you tried calling eliminator?, If they can't help I would call Teague next.

Maybe you can find a similar boat that is for sale and ask the owner what his x is?

Have you completed your set up? I put a bravo 1 on a 1985 23 daytona, put it as high as I could which gave me a 2.5" xdimension. 468 blower motor it ran 95 with a 5 blade signature hill prop, still need to test more. Lots of slip and blowout with 4 blade bravos. 3-4" xdim might be better

There is no possible way to get a 2.5" x dimension. But at 19.5" a bravo prop shaft is 2.5" below the running surface.
