a buddy of mine is considering buying a boat with a volvo duo prop "composite" (plastic??) drive. any thoughts? Thanx.

They have a lot of issues with them not a good design,they like to leak gear lube and shift rough,a lot of customers have *****ed at volvo about them and volvo have agreed to replace them with aluminum ones at a special exchanged price
