Default Bravo drive trim wont go up under power

Drives will go up and down, but when accelerating hard the drives will not pick up, at idle or on the trailer they will pickup over 600lbs but when getting down on the throttle they wont move, let off the gas hit the switch they move, get back on the gass they wont go up, they go down no prob.

Lines reversed? Pumps are set with more pressure out. Or could be seals in the rams.

seen it many times lines are prob on backwards up is down down is up .then they switch the wires around at the trim switch to correct the issue .
however the pumps have more push out i think its 3000 lbs but half that on trim in .

My last boat did the same thing when I got it and the lines were backwards. Swapped them and all was good.
