Worries me that it`s so cheap. $65/5 gallon bucket is cheap.
Good base oils are expensive and in life you get what you pay for so it makes one wonder...
I`ve been using Mystic 15w50 but I`m switching to Mobil 1. I`m just not sure you can use good base oil at that price point.

What ? Less greed ? Hah ! How are the Venezuela citizens doing ?

Citgo is owned by Chavez, the Venezuelan leader.

That's why and how they keep prices where they are.

Do your own research, I'll jus provide one article:

Well hell!! I called my local Tractor Supply and he said I have Mystik 85/140 gear oil. Sure enough when I send my buddy to go get some for his drives they don't have any. It was freaking hydraulic fluid the whole time.. Idiots! We have had no luck finding Mystic in the northeast Va/Nc area at all.

Ran the mystik 85w140 for 2014 and 2015 . Still, no issues. Matter of fact, had one drive taking in some water due to a prop seal. Had drive torn down and rebuilt. All gears, bearings, and shafts looked great. I didnt always run that oil in these drives, but i can say that it certainly didnt hurt anything.

I will continue to use it.

Mystik Oil & Grease are great products among the best on the market, I have used their diesel eng. oil & gear oils for over 20 years now with no failures at all, very sticky products that are made from premium petroleum bases and very fair pricey, don't worry about the lower price it is great stuff.
