I had a customers impact claim denied by progressive , the adjuster must of spent 5 hrs with tbe boat measuring, taking pics , documenting , said he had to send it in and see what they say.
it was the longest i have ever seen a adjuster spend on what was probably one of the simplest claims i filed.
one of the only rejected ones that came through. Get ready to be bent over.
And that appears to be one of the better early casting hp gimbals that got obliterated too.

This looks like impact damage to me. Seen it many times. However, what does the drive itself look like? Any impact severe enough to cause this will cause massive damage to the lower. Also, inspect the trim rams and the anchor pins as they will have taken a beating also
