Final product. Randy it all summer long without a single issue. I tore it down over the winter for inspection and everything looked great. Also added a nose cone to maybe see if a little more speed. http://i584.photobucket.com/albums/s...316_164635.jpg

The finished product is a masterpiece! Not only does it look great, it sounds to be reliable. Did you have a chance to compare the speed with and without the nose cone? Could you post a few more close up photos?

What rpm are you turning and speed? What prop size?

I am interested if you decide to build more. Please keep me posted and safe boating!

Konrad 540. Much stronger upper and very similar to the Bravo lower

problem is almost 20k for a pair to put on what most of these boats are of 20-30k value at their age.

Only option is a cam change to reverse the engine

would it be possible to shorten a trs lower to benefit the x dimension? I get that you wouldn't gain any durability but at least performance would be improved.

Haven't had a chance to compare speeds yet. But it has turned a 31 B1 6300

Im sure that is possible just not 100% sure the -4.750 depth is possible. But it can definitely be shortened

any amount would be an improvement even just a couple inches. Would you be willing to take on a project like that or do you know anyone who could? PM if you would like.
