It a;ways happens right before you leave.
2001 Warlock 25' World Class, 496HO/B1 combo
I ordered new mercury trim and limit senders, The trim sender was no problem, but the limit sender that is on the boat, has 3 wires that run to a weather pack connector, then run into the engine harness and get lost. The 3 wires come back to the trim pump eventually and only two wires are plugged into the pump as they should be.
I do not know what will happen if I just run the new limit wires directly to the pump and bypass the 3 wire plug. Was this part of the smart craft wiring?
Ready to reinstall the bell housing and drive after finding water, so new bellows, gimbal bearing. All on a Saturday when I should have been out on the water in this 103 degree heat.
Thanks for your help.

Not sure how you were planning to connect up the two wires at the pump but one of those wires needs to connect to the purple/white wire which will be coming from your UP trim button. Then the other wire should connect to the blue/white wire going to the trim pump.
