Bellows Problem

I have a bravo with drive oil bottle and my gimbal bearing came apart this spring. I limped back to dock but some of the housing is broken away. I replaced bearing and all joints. This was fine for about 25 hrs and the bellows came off. I cleaned and reinstalled bellows and 3 hrs later it is off again. I used extra bellows adhesive to hopefully help. But I guess not. Is there a fix for this without replacing the whole transom assembly? I just do not want to pull motor until end of season if possible. I am also looking for a good used assembly. Thanks in advance.

I did use mercury bellows adhesive. I was told that there is a temp repair kit out there but I am not having any luck finding it. I want to stop the water if possible. Especially because I run an extension box so I have 6 u joints and they are all new mercury joints not the cheap junk ones and they carry a hefty price tag
