Noise at top of B3x drive

Noise at top of B3x drive
just finished putting together a rebuilt B3x drive. There is a notable sound come from the inside of the boat at the back of the engine. Hard to describe but it sounds like a loose coupling. I had a very similar noise coming from my original B1 but this is a little louder. Anyone know what it is?
