Default Fountain 47 surface drives

Does anyone here had Fountain 47 or other big stepped V bottom boat with twin surface drives?
Is it better turn props in or out? I think stern lift would be catastrophic in fast turns if props can lift rear part of boat out of water, spinout is possible.

Opinions?

I had a 2002, 47 Excalibur with Arnesons that spun in. Never had an issue . Boat went 75-80mph
