Bravo One XR stuck in forward - Help!

I got it loose by pressing. It did pop alot when it breaked free... When I look at it now theres no damage what I can see and it moves free like it should. Have reassembled it now and pressing by hand im able to switch from forward, neutral and reverse.
The race and the bearing was correct installed at the bottom gear.
Switched place of the top race and bearing so now they are correct installed too with the race at the top and bearing against the gear.
Ligned up the |+ and |- signs at the gears and installed the drive shaft gear.
Hard to see on the last picture but the top gear is a |+ sign at it.
hope it shifts like it should after this

Just going through exactly the same issue with my Bravo. looking at your pictures,cone clutch is done. It should have nice ,crisp lines. Not polished and flat like on the picture. It needs oil film to work properly. Those grooves are designed to hold oil, just like synchros in manual transmission.
