Default Bravo XR lower bearing carrier retainer running out of threads before tight

If I put two tab washers in I can get it tight. Should not have to do that. Has anyone had this problem? If so what's the fix?

Do u have the crush ring in first,,then the .108 - .110 spacer ring,,, then the orange O'Ring
