Our family bow rider ski/tubing boat has a slow leak coming from the shift shaft seal. How hard it this to replace?
Leaking is from # 36 in diagram

kinda funny, sent this vid to close (in person) friend today also. Lol. Guess ‘tis the season

I use same method for small bearings , bushings, and such in other items too / snowblower, snowmobiles, etc

That's not the same seal I need replaced. Take a look at the diagram I linked, my seal is leaking gear oil. It looks like there is a complete housing available, but I can't find any info on changing it.
