Alpha One - Replace Shift Shaft Seal

Our family bow rider ski/tubing boat has a slow leak coming from the shift shaft seal. How hard it this to replace?
Leaking is from # 36 in diagram

That's not the same seal I need replaced. Take a look at the diagram I linked, my seal is leaking gear oil. It looks like there is a complete housing available, but I can't find any info on changing it.

Oh, sorry. My bulb glows dim.
