Default Holley lcd display screen help

i have the gauge all wired up amd i keep getting this message that says Could not retrieve ecu info , any ideas how to fix this? thank you

Might be the switch to turn on race pack? Do u have updated firmware?

What D said...

Check firmware version, then check settings below in global folder. However I believe it should be set to "Holley" under CANbus 1 for that display.

I downloaded the holley software plugged in the Scan disk reader and nothing come up nor can I bring up any info on the version etc

The ecu and dash have to be the same firmware,

I read your first post a few times, does the gauge power up? Is the "cannot reciver ecu data" from your laptop of gauge?

What gauge do you have 3.5,5.7or 7.5"

Going to need a little more info inorder to help,

Also don't be afraid to call Holley they have been more then happy to help me with my issues(haven't been that many)

hey bud its a 3.5 inch , yes the gauge powers and and reads the message cannot receive ecu data

Whats the firmware of the ecu and gauge?

Are you sure you plugged the CAN connector into the harness the main harness? Its a two pin connector.
