This guy fixes them: https://www.maicsalazardiagnostics.com/
you will need someone with ability to flash stock mefi4b tune back on one IF yours is irreparable and whoever that is will need a copy of original tune.
I have good working mefi 4b ecms I can sell but again would need flashed with oem tune.

[QUOTE=Raray888;4934391]Yeah, MEFI-4 ECMs are common. Any decent marine mechanic or a shop that specializes in Mercruiser can rebuild or exchange it. Try posting in local boat groups for a recommended guy.[/
1. mefi 4b is a discontinued ecm, there are no new ones available
2. "any decent marine mechanic or a shop that specializes in Mercruiser can rebuild or exchange them", so your typical marine shop that fixes boats isnt going to tear a ecm apart and start soldering in drivers, memory ic chips, circuits etc and "rebuild it" .There is no source to "exchange them" for mercruiser dealers thru any official network either.
3. The guy in texas who claimed for years to rebuild 10 of these a day ( a impossible task) to best of my knowledge subbed them out to a real electronic expert like the maic salazar I posted link to or OBD diagnostics, the most he did was open them to see how corroded they were and solder in a idle ciruit driver, his FB story now that whoever he had doing the work for him severed ties is suddenly that "most are beyond repair"

If you got a source and not just a suggestion I will buy as many of them as you got. They worked Great but with age things happen and they are real sensitive to being grounded out.
