We run a 1.22 gear 30 pitch prop imco sc but we run alot more hp. You may be better running a 1.36 with your new motor combo. Big props put alot of load on your drive.

Only 3, 27 ICC's on the board?Jeremy i look at that speedo of yours and feel the bowrider is scrubbing off about 25mph.I use a 26 bravo now at 5200.Going to a 30 should drag the rpm's way back, shouldn't it.The 30's bolted up,awaiting testing.Marty so definetly 1:5 gears and not 1:36?I should have between 800-900HP with the big motor.Carl.

Amazing, gained 10mph with the standard 30 Bravo over the 26.RPM 4900.Starting to get a little more like it.Once i switch to the 2"shorty might get a little more??So i moved up 4" of pitch, gained 10mph and lost 300RPM.So different to a vee.Hey CAT i should end up with something like your package.Marty what do you think about 1:36 compared to the 1:50?If i go 1:50 i might run out of prop.Hey Jeremy old buddy, don't know if that 87 is going to cut it with the other 27 guys on the board, might need to Procharge or something :-)

I agree, it was planned to have a whipple one day thus the boost gauge on the dash, just never made it.
