Default 27' Eliminator Daytona Maiden Voyage

Here are some pics and a video of my 27' Eliminator Daytona, built by Boostpower USA. This past saturday we took it out to Lake Piru for it's first run and some final tuning. My dad also came along with his 21' Schiada River Tunnel. Sorry, the video is not the best quality. Enjoy.

Na, they didn't bother us. We got there pretty early and left by about 1:00pm. Plus since we were tuning, we weren't going that fast. Also, the lake was full of logs and other floating debris. I'll be in Havasu this weekend, so I can't make it to Castaic.

I'm not sure about the drive height or gear ratio, but we started out with a labbed Bravo 28p.

ARA have a look at where the prop shaft is in relation to the bottom of the 2 hulls with the drive level.
Do you know what RPM's you should be turning that motor?

Welcome to the walkthru bowrider world. From the little video I saw I am going to say your X is too low. I was thinking from a earllier post that motor was around 1000HP. If so and you are running 1.36 gears the 28" labbed should be too small.

The walkthru daytona does not react like other daytonas do without all of the extra weight this boat has. Trust me, been there and done that.
