2007 Daytona

What would a 2007 Daytona with a Ilmore 625 be worth under 100 hours.
Next what would the ilmore be worth? I am thinking about pulling it and putting my 1200 in it. How fast do you think it would run, would the boat handle these speeds?
Just wondering,
Thanks

Do not know what boat or motor is worth. Boat can handle that HP, drive may be another issue. It is the same bottom as the 26 daytona only top cap differences. I think there was a 26 that ran 140 with a guy that lived in Washington state. Bob Teague drove it trying to make a speed run and I think he broke the drive. That was a number of years ago. He had a number of threads on OSO about it.

Thanks, I will take a look for those post's. I have a SCX I would put on it. I was just concerned with the hull, I have drove it and it runs nice in the low 90's, but a lot changes doubling the HP.
Thanks

Go to the cats and tunnels forum on performanceboats. There is a thread right now with 27 daytona and a teague 900 claiming 124 right off the trailer. Your 1200 would make that thing cook!!!!

Not sure on the motor price but I would think the whole package is worth 70K+

I had a 27' Daytona with a 1200HP Keith Scroggin motor and we ran 137mph at 6,700 RPM

08 27 Daytona ICC. Teague 900. First pass off the trailer when new. It has run faster since then but I do not have a picture.

Think I could sell the Ilmore? And for how much?
