I havent installed the hatch yet, I'm a few weeks away from having my boat all back together, I'm sure the inside of plexi will require routine cleaning, my old hatch would get a little bit of black dust on it after about 10 hours of using the boat.

my friend has a m35 and he's had no problems with engine heat causing any discolouration, come to think of it I've opened my old hatch many times after running my boat hard and I've never felt any sort of heat come out from under hatch, every things always been cool to the touch as well.
