Default Excalibur 24' Long Deck Info.?

Does anyone know of these boats? Anybody seen or owned one? I was wondering just how rare they are...especially now. I was curious about the production numbers if anyone knows. Were they built for one year only...1979? Any other info.? Who didn't even know that they existed?

I know that it is a 3 seater and the front/only seat would be the rear bench seat on regular Excalibur 24s. The deck is elongated/cockpit shortened and has a longer lifeline with 3 mounting posts instead of 2 as on the 5 seater/regular 24s. I saw one for sale in a PB mag and one in another mag a long time ago. Does anyone have some pics of them? I know I as well as other Excalibur fans would love to see them!

GD,

THANKS for the link to the thread and pics. Nice looking boat! Maybe someone will get lucky and dig up some original factory literature on this model...we'll see!

Yes, that is a long deck. Not many made and very impractical. They did not sell well.
