I have just bought an 1984 excalibur cat, kevlar hull, Kaama drives and LS6s and would like to know if anyone has any info on this rare model. I was told that it only weighs 6500lb because of the kevlar hull .Later models made by wellcraft weigh 8500lb dry made of fiberglass. I will be restoring this so any info would be appreciated.

Step one, GET RID OF THE RAINBOW FLAGS

Dont worry about the rainbow, most of the old Excaliburs had it somewhere. Mine had the same stripes.

Stripes are on the way out. Looking at different graphics/paint to replace. Any other Excaliber cats or similar out there?
