Spend your time and money on clean and prep, it will pay in the long run. Any good quality two part epoxy or urethane will work just fine. Make sure to use a two part no matter what anyone tries to tell you, it hold up in the harsh environment of the bilge.
Remember; Clean, rough and dry. Can't emphasize it enough!
If you're going to brush it in start up in the gunnels and work your way down. I've found it is best to do at least a three coats nice and thin. Let it harden between layers. Many thin layers work better than one or two heavy layers.

I wound up going with Bilgekote. Two coats. Probably put one more coat on in the spring before the motor and everything else goes back in.
