Looks great! Did mine 5 yrs ago. Was stressed over it when I tore into it as neverdone any glass work before, but got thru no problem. Now I wouldn’t think a thing about it doing again. My theory is, any transom that has been redone, is 10x better than when it left the factory. We tend to seal all holes. Factories tend to just drill holes, and oversize and off location at that, then leave them bare.

A little late on a update finished the boat completely and took it out for a shake down last Sunday and everything was great. We are fixing to take the boat to Lake Ouachita in Arkansas for 10 days. Thanks to all for information and help from this site and another big Shout out to Glass Dave and Bup and Eddie Young for info and all the support they provide.

Thank you as well for the fuel injector business. I am told the engine runs very well. You did have an unbalance for volumes when testing your fuel injectors but when they left they were pretty well balanced across the board. Keep an eye on your fuel samples -- even take fuel samples from the gas tank from time to time. Also cut open fuel filters to examine and to catch anything possible on its way to the injectors. Do not use Merc / quicksilver water fuel sep filters. Poor internal quality.

If that is a Stainless Steel fuel filter mount - you are better off using that than the aluminum one
