The storage business sounds ilke a great idea. But the liability insurance would be sky-high. I suppose if a hurricane was to hit the customers would have to come and evacuate their toys. Then all you have to worry about is the buildings. Tornados are unpredictable, nothing you can do about them.
I sure wouldn't want to be responsible for all those.
Just looking at their indoor pic I guestimate the rental of those pictured around 1600.00 a month for the 11 items I can see.

we don't get much for severe weather.
I have looked into commercial insurance for my purposes as they are now. It's an expense for sure, but not ridiculous. The personal injury liability is alot less than the coverage on the goods.
Of course there are waivers, and proof of in-effect coverage on your part required.
