I have offshore mounts that I planned on using but I have been advised against them ... a major effort to get them right ... while the standard mounts .. I made templates before we tore the stringers out ...and they'r adjustable ...Believe me ...every issue ....every person you talk too has a different opinion or way of doing things ....
