OK new plan ... after looking over the situaion .. we drilled a test hole in Starboard stringer ...about 12" from the bulkhead end .... mush ... So on tomorow the plan is to make a template for the motor mounts ...piece of plywood with holes for the inner transom assembly to the front motor mounts. Also going to measure from a straight edge to top of the motor mount brackets ... we're going to try and make a template of the stringers too ..... then cut em all out ... It was going to cost almost 1000.00 for the seacast not counting the outside stringers . I can do it less with plywood. I talked to one of the best shops around here and they said to use Fir plywood instead of marine ....
